Can I cancel or change my order?

If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been made and it has not yet been shipped, you can do so. Please contact us immediately and provide your order number.

Please note that for each cancelled order, a 30% cancellation fee applies to the items purchased. If your order has not yet been shipped at the time of cancellation, the shipping costs will be refunded in full.

We are unable to cancel orders that are already in transit.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Goods
Defective Products

If you think you have received a defective product, please make sure to check the following:

Have you tried new batteries? Most product failures are caused by battery problems.

Also, check if there is a round battery label on the top of the battery. If there is, please tear off the round label before use. If there is a paper or plastic film around the battery, please keep the label.

Have you tried pressing and holding the “on” button for 3-5 seconds? Some products have a travel lock to prevent accidental opening.

If the product is rechargeable, fully charge it before trying to turn it on. Some products have a remaining charge, but some products may need to be charged before they can be turned on.

If your product is defective, we will be happy to replace it for you. To arrange a replacement, please contact us within 7 days to let us know the details of your product defect. Please provide the following information:

Order number of the product purchased
Description of the problem
If possible, please provide photos or videos of the problem
We will first determine whether the item needs to be returned before arranging to send you a replacement item. If the same item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit which can be used to purchase a new item on the Adulttoymegastore website.

Under no circumstances will a returned product be resold. Returned products will be sent back to the manufacturer for fault analysis and replacement.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Due to the nature of adult products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any product unless you have received the wrong item by mistake or the exchange is protected by consumer law.

Please read our size information carefully as we cannot exchange a product that is too large or too small if the size is listed on the website.

Product Warranty

Our warranty policy covers products for 31 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. In this case, the manufacturer’s warranty period will prevail.

This warranty covers faults and defects caused by manufacturing defects. Damage or failure caused by misuse, accident or general wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or similar model.

If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund.
